Mastercut Meats

Evolving a brand into a bold and flexible identity for a range of touchpoints.


Mastercut Meats is a 4th generation wholesale butcher, supplying premium meat brands to sydney’s food industry, restaurants, hotels & chefs since 1986. Momentum was commissioned to create a bold and contemporary brand identity with a range of brand touchpoints including a WordPress website, office & cutting floor uniforms, delivery vans and stationary.


Following detailed discussions with the client and mindful research of product competitors, our priority became the creation of a flexible, bold and contemporary identity. Strong iconography and primary colour was chosen then combined with design simplicity and a friendly core font helping to reflect a premium modern brand.


The designs were met with universal acclaim from the directors and sales team. Whilst it is too early to gauge the full impact of the new designs, early adopters have responded positively. Following the design of the website and other initial brand touchpoints, Momentum Digital Creative was commissioned to create internal and external designs for all offices.


The directors and sales team loved the designs straight-away, the creative clearly set contemporary expectations while helping our customers find a product or service at a glance. That this went so smoothly and achieved such immediate buy-in is a testament to the professionalism and hard work of Momentum Digital Creative.
